If you’re staying longer than 30 days then you can buy a recharge voucher that gives you another 30 days of data, calls and texts. On our website you can only purchase another full 30 days. If you need to extend by just a few extra days or a week or two you may be able to do this directly with Three UK by creating an account at three.co.uk.

On our website you can recharge:

• $35 for 10GB of data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days
• $45 for 30GB of data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days
• $55 for 60GB of data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days
• $80 for UNLIMITED data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days

Irrespective of which recharge you purchase you can only use 12GB of the data in Europe (e.g., buy the 60GB recharge, then you can use all 60GB in the UK, or up to 12GB in Europe).

If you’ve been only in Europe and you’re staying in Europe for more than 30 days, then you can’t recharge. That’s because the SIM Card can only be used for a maximum of 30 consecutive days in Europe. However, if you have been to, or are going to, the UK then this “resets” the 30 days. For example, suppose you’ve been in Europe for 30 days, and you’re now going to London for a week, but then back to Europe, then you can recharge for another 30 days because when you use the SIM Card in the UK this resets the 30 day Europe restriction.

Run out of data during the 30 days? You can’t add more data, within 30 days, so don’t buy a recharge (the new 30 days only starts when the current 30 days ends). Instead, you could log into your account at three.co.uk to check what data packs are available for you to purchase directly with Three UK.

If you’ve used up all your data within 30 days it’s because:

(1) You’re in the UK and used all the data (e.g., if you purchased the 30GB SIM Card and you used all of the 30GB); or

(2) You’re in Europe and used 12GB of the data (remember that in Europe you can only use 12GB of your data).

Unfortunately we don’t offer the ability to add more data during your 30 days. However, you can create an account at three.co.uk and check if there’s any data add-ons to purchase.

Please note that if you recharge your SIM Card for another 30 days, those 30 days won’t start until your current 30 days ends.

When you’re in the UK: £0.03 (3p) per minute to call, £0.25 per text sent and £0.40 per MMS sent.

When you’re in Europe (including in Republic of Ireland): £1.40 per minute to call, £0.35 per text sent and £0.40 per MMS sent.
