If you’re staying longer than 30 days:

(a) And you’ve ONLY been in Europe, then you cannot buy a recharge voucher because your SIM Card can only be used for a maximum of 30 consecutive days in Europe (this was advised to you on our website order page when you purchased your SIM Card).

(b) And you’ve been in both the UK & Europe, then you can buy a recharge voucher that gives you another 30 days of data, calls and texts.

Recharge voucher options are:

• $35 for 10GB of data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days
• $45 for 30GB of data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days
• $55 for 60GB of data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days
• $80 for UNLIMITED data + unlimited calls & texts, lasts 30 days

With our SIM Cards you can only use a portion of the data in Europe due to network roaming restrictions:

• 10GB SIM Card: you can only use 6GB in Europe
• 30GB SIM Card: you can only use 12GB in Europe
• 60GB SIM Card: you can only use 18GB in Europe
• UNLIMITED GB SIM Card: you can only use 30GB in Europe

Run out of data during the 30 days? You can’t add more data, within 30 days, so don’t buy a recharge (the new 30 days only starts when the current 30 days ends). Instead, you could log into your account at three.co.uk to check what data packs are available for you to purchase directly with Three UK.

If you’ve used up all your data within 30 days, you still get the unlimited calls and texts for the rest of the 30 days, but you’ll need to wait for the 30 days to end to buy a recharge voucher on our website. However, you can create an account at three.co.uk and check if there’s any data add-ons to purchase (we don’t offer the ability to recharge to get extra data within the 30 days).

You might have used all your data in the following ways:

(1) You’re in the UK and used all the data (e.g., if you purchased the 30GB SIM Card and you used all of the 30GB); or

(2) You’re in Europe and used 12GB of the data (remember that in Europe you can only use 12GB of your data); or

(3) Both 1 and 2 apply.

Also using your phone as a hotspot will use a considerable amount of data, possibly many GB of your data.

When you buy a recharge voucher on our website, we email you a voucher number within 24 hours with instructions on how to redeem/use the voucher.

You can recharge $25 for £10 credit, $110 for £50 credit, or $200 for £100 credit.

When you’re in the UK: £0.03 (3p) per minute to call, £0.25 per text sent and £0.40 per MMS sent.

When you’re in Europe (including in Republic of Ireland): £1.40 per minute to call, £0.35 per text sent and £0.40 per MMS sent.
