All orders are dispatched from our Sydney office on the next business day after you order.

We know that some of our customers are meticulous planners and order their SIM Cards well in advance, while others leave it to the last minute. Whatever type you are, we’ve got your covered!

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery is FREE and sent as a regular letter without tracking via Australia Post. This generally takes 3-5 business days.

Express delivery

Need it faster? You can choose Express Post for $7. This will be delivered in one day after we dispatch, so long as you’re in the Australia Post Express Post delivery network. Express Post includes a tracking number. Please note that for Western Australia the only post codes that are in the Express Post network are 6000-6005 and 6800-6899. These are the only Perth post codes in the Express Post network. For other post codes, Express Post will typically take 3-5 business days to deliver.

Local delivery in the UK

If you’ve left it to the last minute to purchase a SIM Card, or you’re traveling elsewhere first, we can send your SIM Card from our London office direct to your UK hotel, Airbnb, friend’s house etc. This is sent by overnight Royal Mail and costs $15.

New Zealand delivery

For our friends in New Zealand, kia ora! Yes, we’ll ship your SIM Card from over here in Aussie. Regular Air Mail costs $5 and will take 5-15 business days via Australia Post.

Recharge vouchers

We email you the recharge voucher number (we don’t send you anything in the post).
