Best if you are travelling soon or want email delivery.

Best if your trip is at least 2 weeks away.
Physical SIM, Express Post
Best if your trip is coming up soon and your address is in the Express Post network.
New Zealand delivery
Best if your trip is at least 3 weeks away.

Physical SIM card orders are dispatched from our Sydney office on the next business day after you order.
If you order an eSIM, nothing is sent in the post. Your eSIM QR code is sent to your email address instead.
Some travellers order months ahead. Others leave it until the last minute. Either way, we have delivery options to suit your trip.

eSIM delivery
Nothing is sent in the post. Your eSIM QR code is emailed to you after purchase.
Once you receive the QR code, follow the setup instructions in your email to install the eSIM on your phone.
Physical SIM, Standard Post
Standard delivery is free.
Physical SIM cards are sent as regular letters via Australia Post. This service does not include tracking.
Standard Post usually takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Physical SIM, Express Post
Need your SIM faster? Choose Express Post at checkout for $9.
Express Post includes tracking and is usually delivered in 1 business day after dispatch if your address is inside the Australia Post Express Post delivery network.
You can check the Australia Post Express Post network here: delivery speeds and coverage.
For Western Australia, only postcodes 6000 to 6005 and 6800 to 6899 are inside the Express Post network. These are the Perth postcodes covered by the network. For other WA postcodes, Express Post usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
New Zealand delivery
Kia ora. We also ship physical SIM cards to New Zealand.
New Zealand delivery costs $5 and is sent by Regular Air Mail via Australia Post.
Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Recharge voucher delivery
Recharge vouchers are delivered by email.
We email you the recharge voucher number. Nothing is sent in the post.
